He came to the Fox Valley in 1974, and thereafter successfully owned and operated several businesses in downtown Geneva. Alex bought his first property in 1975, and began working towards his goal of buying one property per year for his own portfolio.
Alex was first licensed as a Realtor in 1978. He joined Coldwell Banker as a full-time associate in 1985. Since he joined RE/MAX in 1987, he has consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors nationally. Additionally, out of 505 Realtors in the Fox Valley area, Alex was ranked as #2.
Alex is a broker and an Accredited Buyers Representative. He has also been included into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, and is ranked #9 out of 3,200 RE/MAX agents in the Northern Illinois region.
