Earth Day Celebrations in the Fox River Valley!

by The Rullo Team

The Fox River Valley is filled with beautiful natural features that serve as all of our backyards. As residents, we love to use these areas for recreation and relaxation. There presence is one of the many perks of living in our area. It is important that we help preserve and protect these spots for residents today and in the future. Earth Day helps remind us of the importance of conservation and celebrates the beauty of our natural surroundings. There are many great community events planned in the Fox River Valley for you and your family to celebrate this Earth Day!

Bring in eye glasses, packing materials, and syrofoam to donate to Fox Metro. There will also be a bicycle and book exchange at the event. Pick up your rain barrel to help collect water that can be used for your lawn and garden. Watch the planting of two trees at the Village Hall at 10:00 am.
