Meet Alex Rullo
Alex graduated with high honors from De Paul University, Chicago, in 1973, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He came to the Fox Valley in 1974, and thereafter successfully owned and operated several businesses in downtown Geneva. Alex bought his first property in 1975, and began working towards his goal of buying one property per year for his own portfolio.
Alex was first licensed as a Realtor in 1978. He joined Coldwell Banker as a full-time associate in 1985. Since he joined RE/MAX in 1987, he has consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors nationally. Additionally, out of 505 Realtors in the Fox Valley area, Alex was ranked as #2.
Alex is a broker and an Accredited Buyers Representative. He has also been included into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, and is ranked #9 out of 3,200 RE/MAX agents in the Northern Illinois region.
Meet Vicky Rullo
Vicky was first licensed as a Realtor in 1987. Vicky has a strong background in real estate, since her father was a broker and VA property manager. After graduating from college with an Administration of Justice degree, Vicky acquired a real estate license. Vicky joined RE/MAX in 1990, and has consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors nationally.
Vicky is a Realtor and an Accredited Buyers Representative. She and Alex have three children.
Meet Kathe Hess
Our Buyer Specialist
Kathe is a full-time real estate professional. She obtained her real estate license in 1976. Since then she has continued to expand her expertise by obtaining a broker's license along with the advanced designations ABR and CRS. Only 5% of all Realtors hold the CRS designation. Prior to joining RE/MAX in 1988, Kathe worked for eight years where she earned many awards in realestate. Kathe's primary specialty is Residential Sales. The Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR) is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Kathe is committed to providing clients with high quality services and professionalism.
Kathe and her husband have lived in the Fox Valley area for over thirty years, raising their three daughters-- Rachel, Gretchen, and Erica. She can attest to the quality of life, education and the multitude of opportunities available to families in the Fox Valley Area.
Meet Amy Womack
Our Buyer's Specialist
After majoring in English and Performance Arts at Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois, Amy moved to Virginia to live. Returning to the Fox Valley area in 1989, Amy has been active in philanthropic organizations in the Tri-City area and has served on the Executive Board of the Batavia's Mother's Club, including chairing the Craft Show, Philanthropic, and Ways and Means committees. Before moving to the club's Auxiliary, where she remains active today, she was elected to the post of Club President.
After beginning her career in real estate as an agent, Amy made the choice to specialize in working with Buyers. She is committed to the philosophy of providing unparalleled service to her clients while helping them find the home of their dreams; whether it is their first home, or their next home. With Amy's background as a paralegal, she knows all of the ins and outs and will easily avoid any pitfalls and obstacles before they happen! With her personal relocation experience, Amy truly understands what is involved in a move and can certainly help to ease the transition. Amy believes in building relationships, making the transaction smooth, enjoyable and as stress-free as possible from the search to the closing table.
Amy currently resides in Batavia with her two sons and continues her involvement in the community. She looks very much forward to helping You find Your perfect home!
Meet Denise Huelskamp
Our Client Care Manager
As an active community member, Denise not only has an interest in our beautiful area, but also a love of it. With a strong business background, Denise has an in-depth knowledge of all behind-the-scene activities that relate to our real estate business. As Alex and Vicky's full-time assistant, Denise efficiently and accurately heads The Rullo Team's Client Care and Transaction division. Denise specializes in all facets of client care with the utmost of personal and professional help. As a true extension of Alex and Vicky, Denise naturally has a deep understanding of each file and is always available for last minute questions.
As Client Care Manager, Denise is dedicated to attending to all the details of listing and selling your home. She is involved at every stage of the process, from entering your property into the MLS to keeping in continuous contact with you through the closing of your home. She actively seeks detailed feedback from other agents who show your property and will assist us in providing you with regular reports about the showing of your home. Denise also helps manage Alex and Vicky's extensive listing marketing program and places ads in the multitude of media that Alex and Vicky use to get your home seen!
Denise is the KEY to the organization and the successful implementation of our marketing system.
Meet Adam Rullo
Our Webmaster
Adam graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance. As a Trader at Chicago's Mercantile Exchange, the European hours he works allows Adam to handle and maintain the Rullo Team's extensive, intricate website. As the Rullo Team's Webmaster, Adam is responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of the website, including the adding and accuracy of listing information, photos, slide shows/virtual tours, etc. Adam's Internet knowledge and youthful excitement of this fabulous form of marketing, keeps him busy researching and dissecting all types of innovative marketing techniques to help keep the Rullo Team on the top and at the very forefront of the Real Estate industry.
Meet Terri Haines
Our Special Project Coordinator
Terri is the Rullo Team's Special Project Coordinator. A licensed Realtor since 2001, Terri has an exceptional working background in both real estate and customer service. Terri has worked in all aspects of real estate; from running the front desk as an Administrative Assistant to showing property and attending closings. With such a wide range of knowledge and ideas, Terri helps bring the Rullo Team's concepts to fruition. She is always ready and available to help out and pinch hit in any way that we need. From making sure your home is replenished with color photo feature brochures, to seeing that not one showing goes by without a detailed client reaction call, Terri is on top of things leaving no task undone! Terri has lived in Geneva with her husband and two children for over 11 years. She looks forward, like all of us on the Rullo Team, to helping make your real estate transaction a smooth one!
